About Vinnie

Vinnie’s curiosity around how humans experience work has led him to research individuals’ behaviors in the workplace, the organizational outcomes that they contribute to, and the most effective strategies for aligning them both.

As an experienced I/O Psychologist, Vinnie has helped thousands of high-achieving leaders unlock their true potential and contribute to organizational successes on a global scale. He is truly passionate about connecting people with their work and organizations with their people. Vinnie accomplishes this by using psychometric assessment, strategic talent evaluation, and customized development planning and coaching. He is Hogan Assessments certified and utilizes these in-depth behavioral insights as the foundation to his assessment practice.

Vinnie holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where his doctoral research focused on understanding the relationship between organizational culture and intrinsic motivation of employees.
